About SA Migration International SA Migration Services was founded out of the need for a specialist organisation to assist migrants to South Africa. Founded in 2001 by Rod Maxwell, at the time there was a proliferation of emigration agencies, assisting South Africans emigrate from South Africa to Australia and New Zealand. Rod saw the opportunity as visitors to South Africa from Europe and the UK realised that this country had a lifestyle they struggled to find anywhere else in the world and at a very affordable price.
